Match Report

Bromely FC welcomed Aldershot Town to Hayes Lane in their first meeting of the season. Aldershot began well and were controlling possession but we're restricted to efforts from long range. Bromley scored first, a quick counter attack and Archie Burnett play a precision through ball to Cam Slatter who raced away and calmly slotted inside the near post. Bromley's 2nd was a well worked goal. Some quick one touch passing on the left found Archie, who again, found a great reverse pass for Umaru Kabia to race onto and round the keeper to finish off a wonderful move. The 3rd was Connor Jacobs, courtesy of Joe Turner's determination and strength. He muscled in front of the defender and laid it off for Connor to roll the ball in the far corner on the edge of the 6 yard box.

Aldershot scored a great solo goal in the final quarter after some ragged defending, but Bromley held on to see out a 3-1 win.
