Hereford RTC were trying to avenge a disappointing defeat in the opposite fixture, this was when they didn't have a keeper and are a completely different side since Edwards has taken over. It was he who was tested a couple of times early on, first with a back pass and secondly pulling of a good save.
However, it was the home side that took the lead as the Glos keeper tried to play the ball out only finding Vaughan who finished in style.
Hereford went two up when George squared to Ellis who scored with an audacious back heel. The home side continued to dominate and Coleman scored from a direct free kick from 25 yards.
The game was virtually put to bed when Stenhouse cut inside only to see his shot come off the bar, but the ever alert Blaby was there to tap home.
The Glos side weren't going to give up though and pulled a goal back when Brooks was caught in possession.
Vaughan again put day light between the sides when put through by Blaby. South Glos did pull another goal back and really pressed for more as they rallied to the end.
It was another good performance from the Hereford side though and a very good day for MOTM Edwards in goals.
Thanks to the South Glos side for a great game on a cold Hereford morning.
