What’s New in 2023/24?
JPL National Premier Conference
We have listened to a lot of feedback over the past two seasons and have made the decision to launch our new and improved league offer for 12s-16s in the shape of JPL ‘National Premier Conference‘. Simply put, the best 8 teams on and off the pitch at each group, factoring in league and cup performance in 22/23, discipline & compliance records, facilities and coaching levels within the team, will allow us to select the most suitable teams in each region to play in the National Premier Conference.
Supported in the region by multiple ‘Regional Championship’ leagues at U12 – U16, the introduction of promotion and relegation will ensure that only the very best will compete in the National Premier Conferences.
To conclude the season all National Conference winners will automatically qualify for the 2nd annual ‘JPL Champions Weekend’ in May 2024, the winner of which to be crowned the JPL National Champion!
Shorter Application Window
Applications will close this year on Friday 26th May. That gives you plenty of time to submit your applications.
However, league places this year will be restricted to 8 per league and those that qualify will be used to fill leagues on a first come first served basis. Once the spots are filled with teams that meet criteria, the division will close for applications. Don’t miss out!
JPL Warriors – bigger and better!
Our Girls’ only offer is growing rapidly and and at present we are speaking with interested clubs all over England, including potential new regions e.g the North West, Yorkshire and the North East. Shouldn’t your club be part of the fastest growing league in England?
Pitch Allocations
A benefit of JPL One was always having ‘2 home, 2 away’. Our League Secretary will continue next season to structure your 11-a-side games to have a mix of home/away each week. Please speak with us during the summer break to let us know your specific needs.
